Medical Lab TechnicianSeeking a Medical Lab Technician for a mid-shift position. The role involves performing various laboratory tests and analyses. State license required in hand, which may take approximately 90 days to obtain. Local candidates will not be accepted for this role. Candidates must have previous travel experience in a medical laboratory setting. Ideal candidates will have experience with a variety of laboratory skills, including urine analysis and specimen preparation. Additional skills required include knowledge of automated instrument use and quality assurance practices. Candidates should be familiar with charting systems and have experience with community hospitals. Previous charge experience is preferred, although not mandatory. Candidates must be willing to float within the laboratory as needed. COVID-19 vaccine is required with medical or religious exemptions considered. Flu vaccine status is unknown. One professional reference is required. Candidates should disclose any license disciplinary actions or hits upon application.
