• Assist in the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples for testing as deemed necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, aid in onboarding and training new team members or students, and support the maintenance of lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a suitable allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment tenure.
