Production Press Helper / Forklift Operator Pay: $22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days or Nights) Shift Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Week 1: 60 hours Week 2: 24 hours We are hiring Production Press Helpers / Manufacturing Associates for a growing production facility. This position supports press operations, equipment cleaning, and production workflow to ensure high-quality output and efficient manufacturing operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of long-term placement for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities Follow all safety policies and manufacturing procedures . Set up, operate, and maintain plate washer equipment . Clean and maintain anilox rolls and anilox cleaning equipment . Properly store print cylinders, sleeves, and plates after cleaning. Maintain production efficiency and quality standards during equipment operation. Complete quality inspections and production documentation . Assist press operators and press crews during job changeovers . Stage and clear F&K/Bobst carts to support production workflow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area . Communicate with team members and departments to improve production quality and performance . Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives . Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment Must speak, read, and understand English clearly and use it for computer-based communication and reporting Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
