- 1er Turno: $20.00 por hora
- 2do Turno: $20.50 por hora
Turnos Disponibles:
1er Turno
- 6:00 AM a 3:00 PM
2do Turno
- 1:00 PM a 9:30 PM
- Lunes a Viernes
- Horas extras disponibles según las necesidades de producción.
- Se trabajan algunos sábados según las necesidades de la empresa.
Descripción del Puesto:
Importante empresa procesadora de carne ubicada en Irving, TX está buscando Líderes de Producción con experiencia comprobable para supervisar las operaciones diarias en un almacén refrigerado. Este puesto requiere experiencia previa liderando equipos en ambientes de producción, manufactura o almacén.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia requerida como Líder de Producción, Supervisor o Team Lead.
- Bilingüe (Español preferido).
- Experiencia manejando equipos de trabajo y cumplimiento de metas de producción.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente refrigerado/frío.
- Conocimiento de prácticas de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras y sábados cuando sea necesario.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, organización y comunicación.
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar y coordinar al personal de producción.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas de producción diarias.
- Monitorear la calidad del producto y los estándares de seguridad.
- Capacitar y apoyar a los miembros del equipo.
- Resolver problemas operativos y mantener un flujo eficiente de trabajo.
- Mantener comunicación constante con la gerencia y otros departamentos.
