Your Team's Impact FactSet is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administration and operational execution of our global equity programs, including the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). You will have specialized experience implementing and administering equity plans on a global scale, along with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance. What You'll Do Equity Plan Administration: Manage daily operations for FactSet's global equity programs—including ESPP, RSUs, Stock Options, and PSUs-covering grants, exercises, vestings, ESPP purchases, transfers, and participant communications. System Implementation & Management: Support the implementation, migration, and ongoing optimization of equity plan platforms/tools, ensuring seamless and accurate integration. Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to equity and ESPP plan administration, collaborating with HR, finance, payroll, tax, legal, and external vendors. Vendor Management: Act as primary contact with equity plan vendors, troubleshooting, coordinating system updates, and ensuring excellent communication. Regulatory Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with global regulations and tax requirements, including US SEC/IRS and international equivalents. Prepare accurate records and reports for internal/external stakeholders and support audits. Employee Support & Education: Respond to employee inquiries and help to provide education on all equity and ESPP programs. Develop materials and deliver training as needed. Global Coordination: Administer global programs; adapt processes for local regulations, tax, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc equity and ESPP plan reports for management, auditors, payroll, and finance. Required Skills What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, HR, or related field. 5+ years of experience in equity and/or ESPP plan administration Strong understanding of equity compensation plans, payroll, and compliance with global exposure Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
