ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Before becoming an agent, I spent 14 years in the medical field and 3 years in the oil and gas industry—proving that you don’t need an insurance background to build a successful career helping others. We opened our first State Farm office in September 2019 and expanded with a second location in May 2023, a reflection of our team’s dedication and strong growth. Across our two offices, we currently have 8 team members—5 in our legacy office and 3 in our new MOA location. Our culture is fun, competitive, and family-oriented. We work hard, support each other, and make sure everyone feels valued and at home. Team members enjoy meaningful benefits, including a life insurance policy paid for by the agency, as well as disability and hospital income coverage (if eligible). Tyler Shank - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
