Position Description Title: Safety Coordinator Summary Essential Duties & Responsibilities included, but not limited to: Safety Program Coordinator JMI Safety Program Leader Safety management System Employee Coaching/Training - Curriculum Development Safety Management System Training system tracking Initial, Annual, Refresher, Specialized Safety Incident and Injury Tracking Incident Investigation – Root cause analysis Preventative approach Employee coaching Safety Policy Audit Routine Safety Inspections Education & Experience A high school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills written and verbal Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Takes initiative and is self-motivating Significant ability to multi-task Cal OSHA experience a plus Physical Demands & Work Environment Walk, kneel and climb ladders Carry 50lbs Benefits Eligibility for our comprehensive benefits program starting the 1st of the month after 30 days of full-time employment 401K with company match Robust Paid Time Off 10 paid Holidays Growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Jet Midwest
