How you\'ll make an impact Manages the day-to-day operation of one or two functions (generally administration and customer service) of a segment of the organization\'s branch operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the organization. Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations. Manages single level organization. About You Required: Bachelor\'s degree and 5 years related experience required. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
