We are currently offering a strong compensation package with a base salary, commission plan, bonuses, and sign-on bonus opportunities. We currently have an opening for an Inside/Outside Construction Sales Representative / Account Executive covering the Miami-Dade and Broward area.

The ideal candidate will be able to uncover new business opportunities with medium and large construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, property management companies, and other businesses that are in need of construction and field personnel.

We provide staffing solutions for a wide range of construction positions, including General Laborers, Carpenters, Painters, Electricians, Crane Operators, Equipment Operators, Skilled Trades, Construction Laborers, Foremen, and other skilled and unskilled construction personnel. We also provide construction field and office personnel to support our clients' projects and operations.

The construction staffing industry is experiencing strong demand as companies continue to look for qualified and reliable workers. We have been in business for 25 years and currently have 3 locations throughout South Florida. We are expanding quickly and need someone with a "go-getter" attitude who wants to take advantage of a high-business-potential territory.

Responsibilities and Duties:

This position is for a Construction Sales Account Executive doing 50% Inside Sales and 50% Outside Sales, focused on B2B sales and business development activities.

The 50% Inside Sales portion of the position includes:

• Cold calling construction companies and prospects
• Email and CRM outreach
• Following up with prospective clients
• Identifying owners, general contractors, project managers, HR managers, and decision-makers
• Developing new leads and business opportunities
• Identifying upcoming construction projects and staffing needs
• Scheduling appointments and sales meetings
• Presenting staffing solutions
• Closing new construction accounts

The 50% Outside Sales portion includes:

• Visiting construction companies, offices, and job sites
• Meeting with business owners, general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and hiring managers
• Developing new B2B construction relationships
• Identifying current and upcoming staffing needs
• Building relationships with construction decision-makers
• Presenting our staffing solutions
• Closing new accounts
• Growing existing construction accounts
• Building long-term client relationships

Permanent Position

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Some Saturdays may be required for training.
