Electric Drive Engineer

The Electric Drive Engineer is responsible for support of electric drives used in mobile equipment reporting to engineering and support sales.

Responsibilities:

• Size and select electric drives and motors for off highway equipment.
• Develop and support system schematics for drives and accessories.
• Onsite validation and testing support for OEM customers.
• Assist in identifying new vendors to support drive applications.
• Internal account manager awareness and sales support
• Customer product training.
• Travel is estimated at 30% for customer visits, startup assistance for new prototype vehicles

Required Education and Experience:

• 2 year technical degree or 4 year engineering degree preferred.
• 2+ year’s of experience as Application Engineer or Technical Specialist developing and supporting drive solutions.
