Looking for an entry-level opportunity at a fast-paced, growing company? Join the Douglas Finishing team as a Plater! Assist and learn along the side of experienced Platers and Painters in obtaining high-quality finishes and metal finishing methods for our company and customers.

A day-to-day glimpse of responsibilities includes the following:

• Learning racking techniques that optimize part quality and quantity
• Building racks to optimize quantity of new product
• Understanding and using proper post-plating procedures for rinsing and drying parts
• Following inspection and packaging procedures

The person in this position must be able to learn the daily essential responsibilities and goals to perform successful results.
