Physical Therapist Outpatient

Position Physical Therapist – Outpatient Location UCHealth Printers Park Medical Plaza, Colorado Springs, CO Schedule Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (two weeks). Days shift. Onsite only. Pay $41.43 - $62.15 per hour, based on applicable experience. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred. Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in‑hand before start date. Card must remain valid for 60 days from hire. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, using a variety of therapeutic techniques. Educate and instruct patients and families to empower recovery and promote long‑term well‑being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Precede new staff or peers in imaging and/or UCHealth practice standards. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
