Come join a team that puts people first and success within reach.Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machinery and produce quality parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read work instructions and measurements.Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.Load and unload materials and parts from machines.Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.Read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.Identify defects, machine issues, or quality concerns and report them to the appropriate supervisor.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Meet daily production and quality requirements.Qualifications:Required:Age 18+Able to lift up to 50 lbsStrong physical staminaPreferred:Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.Basic knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Ability to lift and move materials as required.Work Environment:Fast-paced, hands-on roleAttention to detail and commitment to safety and complianceFlexible scheduling may be required at some sitesWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/AD&D benefit options for eligible employeesOpportunities for career growth and advancementAbout Midway Staffing:Midway Staffing is a rapidly growing staffing company connecting top talent with leading organizations.
