Resumen El Reclutador(a) es responsable de todos los aspectos de contratación de personal administrativo de la Institución, que incluye, entrevistas, selección y extensión de ofertas a los candidatos(as) seleccionados(as). Deberes y Responsabilidades Evaluar los candidatos (as) en comparación con los requisitos laborales y referirlos al gerente de contratación. Trabajar directamente con los gerentes y sus puestos vacantes. Asegurarse de que las especificaciones del trabajo y las calificaciones deseadas sean claras, así como asesorar a los gerentes sobre las entrevistas y la selección de candidatos(as). Extender y negociar ofertas de empleo a candidatos(as) seleccionados(as). Abordar cualquier problema de empleo o nuevas contrataciones. Mantener y revisar currículums para puestos vacantes. Realizar entrevistas telefónicas, presenciales y virtuales para determinar si los candidatos(as) cumplen con las calificaciones y requisitos mínimos. Requerimientos mínimos Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Recursos Humanos o áreas relacionadas. Mínimo de tres (3) años de experiencia en reclutamiento de alto volumen. Conocimiento de leyes relacionadas a la contratación. Dominio completo de Microsoft Office y TEAMS. Experiencia y capacidad para entrevistar candidatos por teléfono y en persona. Capacidad para hablar en público. Excelentes destrezas de comunicación, verbal y escrita. Dominio completo del idioma español e inglés (hablado y escrito).
