Service Coordinator

Exemption Exempt Whatwe’relooking for: We are in search of a self-motivatedindividualto join ourfast growingand dynamic team. Whatyou’llbe doing: The responsibilities of this position will vary greatly but primarily focus on the coordination of processing activities for the Service Department. This individual will oversee a team of onsite and service technicians in Dallas, East Texas, and West Texas, making sure that all service needs are being met according to our customer standards. This position is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM but may require after hours communication on as-needed basis. This position is one we hold in high regard in order to providethe level ofserviceexcellenceour customersexpect anddeserve. Specific duties to include: Schedule service calls with technicians, dispatching, andgivingdetailed explanations to technicians. Schedule site inspections & preventative maintenance services. Providedetailed weekly service reportsas required bythe client. Initial basic troubleshooting on video management and access control issues. Tracking service calls andtechnicianproductivity. Processing RMAs for service parts & repairs. Monitor the open incident queue to ensure technicians are dispatched promptly, supportingtimelyonsite service forthe customer. Communicate with internal project managers and sales teams. Gatherall customer site requirementsbefore dispatching a technician. What you bring to the table: Bachelor or equivalent degree orexperience. Serviceor Operationalexperience preferred, along with basic familiarity of access control and video management systems. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additional Skills Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in bothwrittenand verbalmannertocustomersand tothose within the company. Mustpossessa positive attitude and be willing to interact withcustomers, co-workers, and other personnelat all times. Commitment to integrity and to the CompanyStandards and Procedures.
