The Member Services and Reservations Coordinator drives a concierge service for Members of our clubs. Our team partners with Members in using their local travel benefits. In total we can conduct 1,500 conservations on average per day with our members with the goal of exceeding Members expectations as we accommodate their traveling needs and reservations./ph3Day-to-Day/h3ulliRemain pleasant and helpful during conservations/liliTimely response to and completion of reservations in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner/liliPolite and tactful response to general inquiries for information and club inquiries from all levels, including management./liliKnowledgeable about 500+ properties and services/liliMails quality assurance surveys to Members after visit to the Club/li/ulh3About You:/h3ulliTrue willingness to desire to please./liliHelpful, pleasant, happy demeanor during conversations with Members./liliFlexible thinking in unique situations to offer Members additional services in the market they will be visiting./liliAdaptability to an ever-changing work environment as services, benefits, and programs are added and modified./liliGood computer keying skills./liliModerate computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications./liliStrong oral and written communication skills./liliSelf-motivated, patient and independent worker/liliBilingual skills a plus/liliTwo-years experience in customer service or commensurate degree/liliOne year computer experience Microsoft Office./liliPrior experience in call center preferred./liliCustomer service and call center experience./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent./li/ulpInvited is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
