*Pay: $45/hr on C2C
*Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mandatory weekly meetings onsite 2-3 times a week)

Responsibilities:
- Develop cross-functional workflows, policies and procedures and comprehensive process maps.
- Define user stories and establish acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional (technical) requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and estimating the size of stories
- Determine whether acceptance criteria have been satisfied
- Adopt various Agile process including but not limited to: SCRUM, Kanban, and Lean Software Development
- Share best practices and improve processes within and across business units
- Gather and document business requirements for current and proposed processes
- Develop project scope documents and other related business case analysis materials from project ideation through implementation.
- Keep up with new technologies such as Salesforce
- Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for staff engagements: design, MVP, pilots, and production deployments
- Interact with the staff and team to build solutions
- Hybrid
- Shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Shall have a minimum of one (1) year experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user stories to build requirements.
- Proven expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and translating business process needs into technical requirements
- Ability to absorb and synthesize information from various outlets and develop a set of requirements
- Experience with project tracking software (example: Cloud Coach)
- Ability to manage projects or serve as a Business Analyst on a project managed by others
