Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Role: Nuclear Medicine Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging using radionuclides to aid in injury and disease treatment. Responsibilities: Conducts nuclear medicine procedures following industry standards, ensures compliance with DNV standards, manages image transfer via P.A.C.S. and R.I.S., coordinates with physicians, maintains equipment and procedure rooms, transports patients, and maintains confidentiality. Provides professional communication, adheres to service standards of Safety, Courtesy, Effectiveness, and Stewardship, and participates in ongoing education. Qualifications & Skills: Completion of a Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Program, ARRT or NMTCB certification, NM State Radiologic Technology Certification, BLS certification, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds. Must understand EMR, radiology systems, and image transfer processes. Must demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate patient care, with awareness of radiation hazards and infection control. #J-18808-Ljbffr
