Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate patient care in adherence to facility protocols and standards.

Float within designated zones, covering multiple sites as required.

Support clinical operations by collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Titrate heparin drips as needed according to patient condition and protocols.

Document patient care activities and changes using the EPIC charting system.

Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted RN license.

Minimum of two years of Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience required.

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA) required.

Familiarity with treating diverse patient populations, including cardiac, neuro, ortho patients.

Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and patient needs.

Prefer prior experience in neurology settings.
