Full time nanny for 2 preschoolers, flexible start ASAP

We’re looking for a warm, reliable nanny for our two kids (ages 4 and 2). Someone funny, playful, goofy, and silly, who can meet our daughters on their level, make them laugh, make them feel valued, and make them feel cared for.Schedule: M–F (M-Th also possible), 7:30 AM–4 PM, plus occasional evenings (to ~10 PM) for date nights or work.We’d like to start full-time ASAP.Our kids are in preschool (4yo M-F morning + T/Th afternoons, 2yo T/Th mornings), about a 2 min drive from our house.When they’re home, the focus is on the kids. When they’re at school or asleep, we’d love help with light household tasks like tidying, laundry, and simple meals.Cooking healthy food is a plus, not required.We work partly from home, so reliability is really important.
