Director - AI Digital Product Management - Commercial Value & Access

Director-level product management position leading a portfolio of AI products for commercial value and market access at a biotechnology company. The role involves setting product strategy, developing product talent, and partnering across business and technology teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across a group of AI products while directly owning one product
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers to establish strong product practices and accountability
• Make cross-product prioritization and investment decisions, managing dependencies and resource allocation
• Partner with Value & Access, engineering, and data science teams to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities
• Own product-group outcomes, KPIs, adoption metrics, and AI/model performance while ensuring responsible AI compliance

Requirements

• Doctorate plus 4 years product management experience, OR Master's plus 8 years, OR Bachelor's plus 10 years
• Minimum 4 years directly managing people or leading teams and resource allocation
• 10+ years product management experience including 5+ years with AI/ML or data-driven enterprise products (preferred)
• Experience leading product portfolios or suites in biotech, pharma, or healthcare (preferred)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including generative AI and production systems (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to influence executives and communicate complex strategies clearly
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and architecture teams
