TTUHSC will not pay the$100,000 fee, if applicable. Position Description Provides office services by implementing administrative systems andprocedures. Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staffin the assigned academic area. Major/Essential Functions Coordinates academic program operations, including planning,scheduling, instructional processes, and operational workflows tosupport effective program delivery. Coordinates curriculum management activities, including coursedevelopment and revisions, curricular approvals, course scheduling,instructional planning, and maintenance of curriculum records. Provides operational support to faculty and academic leadershiprelated to instructional activities, course delivery, academicrequirements, instructional materials, documentation, onboarding,and communications. Coordinates academic assessment and quality improvementactivities, including collection and analysis of assessment data,maintenance of assessment records, tracking of action items andoutcomes, and support for continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinates accreditation and compliance activities, includingcollection and maintenance of supporting documentation andevidence, preparation of reports and self-study materials, andongoing accreditation readiness. Supports academic governance and committee activities relatedto curriculum, assessment, educational effectiveness,accreditation, and academic program administration, includingmeeting coordination, records, action tracking, and follow-up. Maintains accurate and accessible academic records anddocumentation, including instructional records, program records,reports, and other materials required for academic operations,compliance, and institutional reporting. Coordinates academic communications and informational resourcesfor faculty, staff, students, and institutional stakeholders,supporting academic programs, curriculum, instructional processes,assessment, accreditation, and student success. Occasional Duties Performs other academic operations, curriculum administration,assessment, accreditation, instructional support, and academicprogram coordination duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one (1) year relatedexperience; OR a combination of related education and/or experienceto equal five (5) years. Preferred Qualifications Experienced in organization, analytics, and problem-solving,with exceptional attention to detail and the management of multiplepriorities. Experience with academic advising principles, degree audits,FERPA regulations, and interpreting and applying applicablepolicies and procedures. Experienced in student information systems and technologyplatforms, such as: Banner, PeopleSoft, DegreeWorks, MicrosoftOffice, and/or other related software applications. Experience exercising sound judgment and supporting programimprovement efforts while fostering student success andengagement.
