Kelly Tractor CAT is seeking Rental Management Trainees for a paid training opportunity. This role is designed for candidates looking to learn equipment rental operations, customer service, branch processes, rental coordination, sales support, equipment availability, and day-to-day rental business operations.

The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, customer-focused, and interested in long-term growth with Kelly Tractor CAT. This role may involve working with customers, rental teams, service teams, and branch leadership.
