About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Management to lead a team of Group Product Managers and drive the expansion of its Resident Benefits Package category. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of product management, with a focus on unit economics, revenue, and retention. This role demands a leader who can operate with a commercial mindset, is adept at disciplined prioritization, and can act as a talent multiplier to develop a high-performing product management team. The VP will be expected to have a strong background in running multiple product lines as distinct businesses, leading a large product organization, and partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly in a founder-led, high-growth environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Product Management include owning the product portfolio's expansion strategy, driving business outcomes, and ensuring that the product roadmap is aligned with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating with extreme ownership, a bias for action under ambiguity, and a commitment to evidence-based decision-making. Experience in commercial roles, particularly in partnership with GTM and Finance, is essential.
