Position Overview:Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.Hiring a Software Engineer - Growth Infrastructure to build the core systems that power expert acquisition, onboarding, and matching at scale for a top AI startup.This is not a traditional growth engineering role: you'll be building the platform and tooling that enables the growth team to hire, assess, interview, onboard, and retain domain experts across projects.Will own systems end-to-end — from outreach tooling and AI-powered interviewing to automated expert-to-project matching — with significant autonomy and a clear path toward building the ML-driven recommendation systems that predict which expert profiles a project will need before it even launches.Responsibilities:Build and own the expert marketplace infrastructure, covering outreach, interviewing (including an AI interviewer), assessments, and onboarding tooling.Develop the hiring platform where experts are onboarded, managed, and dispatched to projects based on fit and availability.Create automations and internal tools that replace manual workflows for the growth team, dramatically increasing operational throughput.Partner directly with growth associates to identify bottlenecks, instrument the funnel, and ship high-leverage improvements quickly.Eventually build ML-driven recommendation systems that predict expert needs for new projects and automate the staffing pipeline.Required Qualifications:Experience at an S-tier VC-backed startup, a reputable trading firm, or as a founding engineer at a company that has raised $2.5M+.If the background is big tech only, a CS degree from a top-10 program (e.g., Berkeley, CMU).Proficient in Node.js or Python.KubernetesTrack record of building something end-to-end, with a strong bias toward ownership.Seniority: 2-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.Degree from a top-30 school (US, Canada, or Europe only).Preferred Skills:Marketplace or Growth Infrastructure experience at a high-growth startup — a Growth Engineer from a data company is an especially strong fit.New grads or candidates with ~1 YOE: multiple S-tier internships (Stripe or better).Experience at a human-data AI company (e.g., Surge AI, Snorkel AI, Micro1, Mercor).Experience with Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch.Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 / YearIf interested, you may contact: Paul Joseph View email address on click.appcast.io View phone number on click.appcast.io Paul Joseph | LinkedIn Equal Opportunity Employer: ECLARO values diversity and does not discriminate based on Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status, in compliance with all applicable laws
