The Role Most condo and HOA boards are managing serious money with no advisor and no plan. Farther is already the largest provider of financial advice for community associations, and you'll be the first person boards hear from us. Your job is simple to describe and not easy to do: pick up the phone, start good conversations, and put qualified meetings on the Director of Institutional's calendar. You'll have a real team behind you, and a clear path into sales as you grow.
