What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily living needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and daily exercises
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and document vital signs and health observations
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and work well within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- No previous PCA experience required - just a willingness to learn
