We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install a variety of window types, ensuring precision and quality. Measure and cut window frames to fit specific openings accurately. Communicate with clients about project timelines and installation processes. Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company standards. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing windows. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Requirements Proven experience as a window installer or in a related field. Knowledge of window installation techniques and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
