Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.65 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, dock doors, warehouse perimeters, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related operations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify approved access for visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, and report policy violations, damaged property, or operational concerns according to post instructions.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing package handling areas, watching for irregular behavior, and reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and/or incidents in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
