Provide Global IT support for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems and OT (Operational Technology) infrastructure, including Zscaler security deployment, OT network segmentation, machine/application support, system integration, troubleshooting, and global manufacturing site support.

Must-Have Skills

Manufacturing IT / OT support experience
MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) systems support
OT networking or machine-level IT support
Zscaler or network security appliance exposure
System integration, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Support for manufacturing machines/applications
Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to travel globally up to 40%
