Marketing Graphic DesignerBetr is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Growth team. The Growth Team is responsible for driving new user acquisition and retention. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will lead the design of creative assets for digital ad campaigns, social media, promotions, and email marketing efforts. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and media teams to deliver compelling visuals that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.What You'll Do:Design eye-catching and conversion-focused creative assets for digital campaigns, including banner ads, paid social ads, and landing page visuals.Design visuals for email marketing campaigns that enhance user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies.Design promotional materials around new offers and player discounts that support our marketing efforts.Ensure consistency of brand messaging and design across all digital platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and develop creative solutions that align with performance targets.Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-impact designs for customer retention and acquisition campaigns.Track and analyze the performance of digital creatives to inform ongoing optimizations and improvements.About You:3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.Must have at least 2+ years of experience with motion graphicsExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing.Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, including user acquisition and retention strategies.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Bonus Points:A passion for sports and experience designing for sports-related brands or campaigns!Betr provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
