We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and innovation are crucial for success.The Graphic Designer is the creative engine behind the JETSET brand, bringing campaigns, franchise network content, retail merchandise, and executive-level materials to life, while protecting brand consistency across every touchpoint. This person bridges hands-on creative execution with the systems and templates that let a fast-growing franchise network execute independently and on-brand.Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this individual contributor will partner closely with Brand Marketing, Franchise Development, and Retail & Merchandise to ensure design work reflects current campaign priorities, supports network growth, and stays consistent with JETSET's visual identity system.This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and systems-builder, comfortable ideating campaign concepts one day and building a Canva template library or organizing shared design folders the next.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and ideate campaign look and feel, design direction, and cross-channel campaign storytelling in partnership with the Director of Brand MarketingPartner in the conception, implementation, and execution of marketing initiatives, managing production timelines to ensure assets are proofed and delivered on scheduleServe as a keeper of the brand, ensuring visual consistency across all channels, and proactively identifying ways to extend that consistency across network and brand assetsCreate content for owned marketing channels (social, email, web, and other brand touchpoints), as well as content designed for distribution across the franchise networkBuild and maintain a library of Canva templates for franchise network use, enabling studio partners to execute on-brand marketing materials independentlyDesign executive-level deck templates for leadership and franchise-facing presentationsDesign paid advertising creative, flyers, one-pagers, and display ads to support the Franchise Development team's lead-generation and prospecting effortsPartner with Franchise Development committee to ensure creative assets reflect current growth priorities and target marketsDesign apparel and retail merchandise items for the studio network, from concept through production-ready filesMaintain brand consistency across merchandise assortments in partnership with the Merchandise teamMaintain and organize the marketing team's design folders, files, and systems, ensuring version control and easy access for the broader team and networkWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulYou have a sharp eye for on-brand design and can translate a creative brief into consistent assets across formats — from social content to retail merchandise.You're highly organized and comfortable owning shared design systems, templates, and file structures for a distributed team.You thrive supporting multiple functions at once — brand campaigns, franchise development, and retail — without losing sight of the bigger brand picture.You enjoy building tools, like templates, that empower non-designers across a network to execute on-brand work themselves.Key AttributesBrand Stewardship – Protects and evolves the JETSET look and feel across every channel and touchpointSystems Builder – Creates templates and organizational structures that let a franchise network execute independentlyCross-Functional Collaborator – Partners fluidly across brand marketing, franchise development, and merchandiseDetail-Oriented – Manages production timelines and multiple concurrent design requests with accuracyRequirementsRequiredBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field7+ years of professional graphic design experienceStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)Strong proficiency in Canva, including building templates for use by non-designersHighly organized, with experience maintaining shared design systems, folders, and asset librariesPortfolio demonstrating relevant design work required with applicationPreferredExperience in the boutique fitness industry or within a franchise business modelExperience with Asana or similar project management toolsFamiliarity with motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., After Effects)Experience designing retail or apparel merchandiseThis is a remote role, with occasional travel (a few times per year) to JETSET HQ in Miami, FL, or to franchise studio locations for team offsites, training, and select content shoots.$80,000 - $90,000 a year *range above represents base salary onlyCompetitive compensation, plus performance-based incentives, and growth opportunities 75% contribution to comprehensive individual health plan; plus dental, vision, life, and pet insurance options Up to 4% match to 401(k) plan Flexible fitness & wellness membership Paid time off and company holidays A culture that values innovation, ownership, and excellence The chance to build and own the design systems that power a fast-scaling franchise networkJETSET Pilates is an equal opportunity employer.
