A Bit About The Role We’re looking for an experienced, approachable and flexible HR Officer who’s enthusiastic about helping Newcastle Carers remain a great place to work. You’ll play a key role in supporting our staff so they can continue delivering outstanding service to unpaid carers of all ages across the city. This proactive role within our Finance & HR team includes a range of HR activities, helping to keep things running smoothly day to day, supporting good practice across the organisation, and contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture. About You Experience in an HR role, knowledge of current good practice and processes, and good communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable using IT, organised, approachable and confident in handling a varied HR workload. Good numeracy skills, ability to work independently and prioritise your own workload are required.
