YOUR DAY AS AN INTERNET AUTO SALES CONSULTANT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email inquiries. Receive all inbound sales calls. Set appointments with customers. Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer. Willingness to work in a team environment and follow directions. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
