Client Relations Manager

The Client Relations Manager (CRM) is responsible for establishing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. This role focuses on understanding client needs, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The CRM will work to ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and contribute to the overall client experience strategy, without direct involvement in revenue-generating tasks or quoting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise.
• Actively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and anticipate future needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as account managers, support and product teams, to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service issues in the CRM Dashboard
• Monitor client engagement and proactively address any signs of dissatisfaction or service gaps.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to provide insights on client needs and potential opportunities for growth.
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new clients and facilitate communication throughout the client lifecycle.
• Assist with training and documentation to help clients better understand products and services.
• Represent the company’s values and commitment to customer service in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management, customer service, or client relations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
