MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Salary: $98,000 - $107,000

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance operations within a fast-paced, highly automated food & beverage manufacturing environment. This is not a desk-only leadership role. You’ll be on the floor, leading people, solving problems, improving reliability, and making sure the operation keeps moving.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
  
  
• Take ownership of equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
  
  
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
  
  
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety to keep operations running efficiently.
  
  
• Identify and eliminate chronic equipment issues and sources of downtime.
  
  
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
  
  
• Manage maintenance schedules, priorities, work orders, and PM completion.
  
  
• Oversee equipment upgrades, installations, maintenance projects, and capital improvements.
  
  
• Manage parts, contractors, vendors, and maintenance-related purchasing.
  
  
• Track KPIs including downtime, PM compliance, reliability, and maintenance costs.
  
  
• Utilize CMMS systems to improve maintenance planning and equipment history.
  
  
• Maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience.
  
  
• Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
  
  
• Manufacturing experience; food & beverage is highly preferred.
  
  
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  
  
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, automated equipment, conveyors, pumps, motors, and packaging systems.
  
  
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
  
  
• Experience leading maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
  
  
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation.
  
  
• CMMS experience.
  
  
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  
  
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
