Collision Center Receptionist

Our Collision Center in Silver Spring is busy and we need to add a customer-centric team member to provide high-level customer support to our customers. We are looking for a full-time receptionist, and this role has great potential for advancement from within. This role has a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay: $18.00 per hour The Collision Center Receptionist receives callers at the collision center, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination. In addition, this person routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers. Essential Duties: Answers incoming phone calls Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assists with clerical duties as requested Qualifications: Two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Automotive Dealership or Collision Center experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills Our MileOne Employee Advantage: MileOne believes that taking care of our employees is the most important step in creating a positive workplace and a successful company.
