Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and create tailored pre-crisis and crisis plans that include behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation that meets all regulatory standards in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to effectively evaluate client needs and track progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans.

• Participate actively in the clinic's licensing and accreditation processes to maintain our high standards of care.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to enhance service delivery.

• Foster open communication with colleagues and clients to ensure that the agency's mission and standards are upheld within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are diverse, spanning various demographics and spanning emotional health issues, substance abuse recovery, and developmental concerns. You will work collaboratively to develop support plans that are tailored to each individual's circumstances, ensuring that all interventions are culturally relevant and evidence-based.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state of New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
