Material Handler Pay Rate and Hours:

• Schedule: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hour

Material Handler Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler. This role requires a dependable individual with an outgoing personality, as you will regularly interact with operators and collaborate across multiple teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.

Material Handler Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality
• Work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required
• Move materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated areas within the facility
• Supply production lines with materials to maintain a continuous workflow
• Load and unload materials, pallets, and other items
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, sleds)
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against documentation for accuracy
• Maintain organization of inventory, storage areas, and workspaces
• Monitor material levels and report shortages to supervisors
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris
• Support other departments to meet production goals
• Identify and locate products during the delivery process
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing, incorrect, or damaged items
• Accurately clock in and out using the timekeeping system
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Frequent stooping, bending, and movement throughout the facility
• Repetitive use of hands for gripping, twisting, and turning

Material Handler Qualifications:

• Strong attendance and dependability are required
• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse personalities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
