Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in the consumer finance industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Roxboro, NC

Pay Range: 15.00

Shift: 1st - Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm

What's the Job?

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner

• Assist customers with account information, billing questions, and payment processing

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

• Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus

• High School Diploma or GED

• Background Check, Drug Screen and Credit Check upon offer of employment
