Day in The Life Could Include:(Job responsibilities)

Working with GP business and IT teams that are both India-based and US-based. Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision and scope. Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable. Assess a projects Functional feasibility, as well as implementation risks. Responsible for designing and implementing a projects Functional footprint. Define the structure of a system and its interfaces. Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and solution designed. Facilitate Design and Development, test and implement solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes. Needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the functional solution as well as robust business knowledge. Responsible for the end-to-end solution, including the integration. Understand and document integration points impacting areas of responsibilities. Work with stake holders to document user acceptance, test criteria, and conduct validation activities. Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements. Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements. Work with stake holders to define configuration and enhancement requirements for the tools.

What You Will Need To Bring With You:(experience & education required)

Minimum of 5 years IT experience. Minimum of 5 years working in Infor M3 Finance Module with a detailed knowledge of financial workflows with the ability to provide Global Solutions. Must be proficient in M3 in carrying out the configurations in the below areas using Infor M3: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Costing, Budgeting, Taxation, Inventory, Purchase & Sales (Other modules basic information). Configure the required solution, test, and deliver the end-to-end solution. Understanding of other modules of M3 like Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain execution and fundamentals of MFG and MRP is an added advantage. Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies. Ability to develop/update Functional requirements / Specifications. Strong verbal and written communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Economic thinking. Can work independently with little supervision. Ability to develop test cases and execute test plans.
