Senior Manager, Data Engineering
JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Engineering to lead our Engineering team in India. This role involves managing and guiding engineering teams to develop features, drive architecture, and implement best practices in data engineering, machine learning, and analytics. You will work with cutting-edge technology to ensure secure IT management for a modern workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Build End-to-End Data Pipeline Architecture for reliable data consumption.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations for unified reporting models.
- Enforce data governance and modeling standards across teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in applied ML with management experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Experience in leading geographically diverse teams.
- Hands-on fluency in Python and ML frameworks.
