As a key member of a well-respected Radiation Therapy team, you'll participate in delivering cutting-edge treatments using the latest equipment, such as Elekta Versa, Varian HDR, and Cyberknife. The exposure to new technologies-including the incoming Radixact system-means you'll expand your technical skillset and adapt to various workflows, providing significant resume enrichment. Schedule/Hours:

• Days, 5x8 shifts (8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00, may vary with patient load)
• Guaranteed 36 hours/week
• No weekends or call required

Eligibility & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' Radiation Therapy experience (hospital setting preferred)
• ARRT and RRA certification, BLS (AHA only)
• Linac treatment, including setting up/imaging patients
• Good communication skills; teamwork-oriented
• Experience with Elekta strongly preferred (training available)
• Black scrubs required (no colored scrubs)
• Flu vaccination (or Mercy-approved exemption) required November-April

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments to both inpatients and outpatients
• Operate advanced therapy equipment and EMRs (Mosiaq & EPIC)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize care
• Support patient safety and satisfaction in all interactions
