Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer

Biogen seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer in Cambridge, MA. The role involves comprehensive administrative support, calendar management, meeting coordination, and project management for the Worldwide Medical leadership team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMO calendar, expenses, travel arrangements, and event logistics
• Coordinate Worldwide Medical leadership meetings with agenda setting and documentation
• Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the CMO to internal and external audiences
• Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring for strategic initiatives
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of administrative experience supporting executive teams
• Life sciences or biopharma industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation: $88,000–$114,250 base
