Real Estate Sales Agent Production Partner

Responsibilities Follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently Conduct buyer and seller consultations Show homes and attend listing appointments Write and negotiate contracts Manage transactions from contract to close alongside operations support Host open houses and prospect for new business opportunities Maintain accurate CRM and database communication Build and nurture relationships within your pipeline Participate in team training, accountability meetings, and coaching sessions Deliver high-level communication and client service throughout the transaction process Work collaboratively with leadership, operations, and marketing support staff Qualifications The Ideal Candidate Is: Licensed real estate agent (active license required) Self-motivated and highly accountable Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism Coachable and open to feedback Comfortable with lead follow-up and sales conversations Organized and detail-oriented Driven by goals, growth, and performance Able to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused Team-oriented while still highly independent in execution Experience: Real estate experience preferred but not required for the right candidate Strong work ethic and attitude matter more than ego or years in the business Compensation Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Coastal Haven Group with Real Broker
