Our goal is to foster positive relationships with clients as well as performing skilled and non-skilled services./ppResponsibilities include but are not limited to:/pp**Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Assistant (PCA)**:/pp Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services./pp Implement clients plan of care in accordance with the Agencys process and procedures policy./pp Participate in clients case conferences according to the Agencys policies and regulations./pp Submit updates and relevant information regarding the clients plan of care to the Registered Nurse in a timely manner./pp HHA/PCA will work with patients of all ages that require care in their homes./pp HHA/PCA must be able to carry out patient care plan activities./pp HHA/PCA must be caring, patient and compassionate caregiver./pp HHA/PCA must be able to accompany patients to doctors offices or to hospital visits./ppQualifications:/pp High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred./pp Home Health Aide certification required./pp 1 year Home Health Care experience. Experienced Preferred./pp Able to read, understand, and execute instructions./pp Ability to communicate and write effectively./pp Ability to work and deal within a stressful environment./pp Bilingual Spanish/Creole/etc. (Preferred - Not Required) - Must also be able to read/write and speak English./ppCompensation and Schedules:/pulliSchedules Varied (AM/PM/Overnight shifts/Live-in available)./liliMultiple locations available./liliCompensation - $19.75 plus benefits./liliWeekly pay, and On Demand Pay perk!/liliDirect Deposit/liliHealthcare Benefits/liliPTO (Paid Time Off)/lili401k retirement savings!/li/ul/div
