Warehouse Manager

Our client, a growing import and distribution company specializing in construction materials, is seeking an experienced on‑site Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, machine operations, packing, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution. Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards. Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Oversee health, safety, security, and insurance‐related matters. Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to support overall business operations. Prepare and review operational and inventory reports. Handle damaged or obsolete inventory according to company guidelines. Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience. Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems. Strong communication and cross‑functional coordination skills. Knowledge of safety regulations, workers’ compensation, and warehouse compliance.
