Service Plumber/Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Comfortable working with the public and in small spaces
Relevant plumbing education and experience
Ability to use an iPad and work with a software system
Excellent customer service

Responsibilities:

Works independently.
Familiar with residential plumbing repair and installation.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various plumbing systems using tools such as a sewer camera and heavy-duty sewer/drain machine.
Repairs plumbing, replacing water filters, defective valves and washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.
Cuts openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools.
Fills pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observes pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
Works on a 4-week rotating on-call schedule to accommodate 24/7 plumbing service.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
