Accounting Clerk

A creative marketing agency is hiring an Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations. This role will work closely with the accounting team handling invoice processing, reconciliations, and administrative accounting functions.

What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Maintain organized accounting records and files
• Support billing and collections efforts
• Enter financial data into accounting systems
• Assist with month-end reporting requirements

Desired Background

• 1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar software is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
