Senior Recruiter - GTM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter - GTM based in United States.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role focused on identifying and engaging exceptional go-to-market talent.
The position has a strong sourcing focus, requiring precision rather than high-volume outreach across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations.
You will own searches end to end, from defining candidate profiles and building targeted pipelines to closing and offer management.
Working closely with hiring managers, you will bring market intelligence, challenge assumptions, and continuously refine recruiting strategies.
The role is designed for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating independently and managing multiple specialized searches.
You will use modern sourcing techniques and AI-powered tools to make research more efficient while keeping candidate relationships at the center of the process.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized GTM positions, managing the process from candidate research and outbound sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Build targeted candidate lists and personally engage passive talent through thoughtful, personalized outbound outreach rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants.
• Develop focused search strategies for Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations roles, prioritizing depth and relevance over high-volume requisition management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations against current market conditions, and adjust sourcing strategies as searches evolve.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism from initial outreach through offer.
• Provide hiring teams with relevant market intelligence, including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitive hiring activity, and other factors that may affect search outcomes.
• Track recruiting pipelines and performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and taking ownership of improvements before they affect delivery.
• Use AI and modern recruiting technologies to improve candidate research, sourcing strategy, search-string development, outreach personalization, and overall recruiting efficiency.
• Manage multiple concurrent GTM searches while maintaining strong quality standards, pipeline health, candidate engagement, and predictable time-to-fill.
• Operate as an independent recruiting partner, exercising sound judgment and taking ownership of search strategy, execution, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused specifically on GTM functions such as Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
• Demonstrated success personally sourcing and closing a majority of hires through outbound recruiting, including passive candidates who were not actively looking for new opportunities.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent GTM searches or similarly complex recruiting portfolios, with the ability to discuss average time-to-fill and other relevant recruiting metrics.
• Direct sourcing and recruiting experience across at least two of the following areas: Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Business Operations.
• Strong GTM business acumen, with the ability to understand what makes candidates effective within specific commercial or operational functions rather than relying solely on general fit indicators.
• Demonstrated ability to build targeted talent pipelines and conduct high-quality, personalized outreach to hard-to-reach candidates.
• Regular, self-directed experience using AI tools within recruiting or sourcing workflows, with the ability to explain how these tools have improved research, candidate identification, search strategies, or personalization.
• Strong stakeholder-management and consulting skills, including the confidence to challenge hiring assumptions and use market evidence to influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor without direct reports while maintaining ownership of searches from intake through close.
• Strong commitment to candidate experience, recruiting rigor, transparency, and high-quality execution.
